* **Description:** This release contains following changes:
  * Users were unable to withdraw unbonded funds from nomination pools, encountering the `delegatedStaking.notEnoughFunds` error. The fix ensures proper linkage between the Staking and DelegatedStaking modules, allowing unbonded tokens to correctly propagate and become withdrawable.
* **Desired outcome:**
  * To restore normal withdrawal functionality for all delegators affected by the broken linkage between nomination pools and delegated staking. After applying this fix, users should be able to successfully call `nominationPools.withdrawUnbonded` once their unbonding era has passed.
* **Benefit for the stakeholders:**
  * **Delegators:** Can now withdraw their unbonded funds without encountering the `notEnoughFunds` error.
  * **Validators & Node Operators:** Reduced support overhead from users reporting withdrawal issues.
  * **Governance/Developers:** Ensures state consistency between the `Staking` and `DelegatedStaking` pallets, improving runtime reliability and reducing potential migration bugs in future upgrades.
  * **Ecosystem Stability:** Prevents token lockups and improves user confidence in staking/unstaking workflows.
